EE Times, Silicon Valley Bureau Chief, Rick Merritt’s state of mind is very much reflected in Dr. Venkatesan Letter to Shareholders statement:
“The certainty of a raise today, versus the unknown market environment that could possibly be faced in the future, warranted us to proceed with the raise.”
I'm very curious to see the Open file investigation report by IIROC and OSC.
