No one answered my question from earlier.

Why can institutions buy PTK stock at 36 cents?

I thought they were not allowed to buy penny stocks?

What has changed here?

They are allowed to buy as long as they get a 50% discount to market and a free warrant!

Looks like it to me.

Why hasn't anyone brought this up before? How do you market a PO to institutions that are not allowed to buy you? Answers please
