I was simply pointing out that management has no skin in the game but do have large salaries,as for reputation they can simply state we tried but we could not make a never before attempted technology work.

It wouldn't even impact thier reputations

The integration may not be possible of the vcsell which is what POET has been hanging its hat on all these years.

I hope that is not the case but time will tell
