Of course, nobody would put in a 10 million dollar buy order. A little at a time, called accumulation, and that could take a long time, if such a fund is actually interested? Perhaps, hopefully, some are interested, and have already bought some shares at these low prices.
Poet is not in the dominant position here, as it is they who are asking for financing. It's not a fund who is knocking down the doors to invest in Poet. We have no idea if a single entity might be interested, or if eventually there will be several. We will just have to wait and see after the price has been set, and then after the road show to sell the proposal.
