Try buying 10 million shares on the open market without pre- arranged deals and see how many shres you can get at $.55 before you drive the sp to $2.00..You'll be far short of the 10 million before it goes well over that $2 bucks or it will take a mighty long time to get them. So that statment doesn't hold water.
