It only makes sense if it's:

A robo-trader.

A person/company selling that bought in large volumes into the low/dip, and offload at a 5-10 cent raise (the "daytrader" M.O.) to harvest some minor capital gain.

Someone offloading their options (which were cheaper than current SP).

Selling off for tax reasons (at a loss).

Other than that, I'm stumped.
