I think I followed your post? So you think that short selling is taking place right now because the market for POET is going to tank further due to warrants being issued?

It is a crappy bet in my opinion. And not something I would do if I was a short seller.
I think the guy on BNN said he could not even borrow shares of POET if he wanted to short. Let’s see what the short position is when reported on Wednesday? I doubt there will have been much change.
When this company had big short numbers it was on the run to $3. Some think it was the warrant holders short selling with zero risk and that would have been a really good bet with no real downside. But to do it now? I don't see it.
