Traditionally the term "Accretive" is used to indicate a positive impact on earnings. That said it could be used elsewher on the icome statement. Denselight is accretive to revenue (we are told $2.5M revenue). BB I don't think so - no revenue mentioned. Given that DL is 35 people with property and machinery in Singapore, I would hazard a guess that $2.5M in revenue doesn't cover the cash outflow. I would be surprised if they are earnings positive but they might be given the vagaries of accounting and how much cash expense may be stashed on the Balance Sheet in an intelletual property account.

The most important thing at this stage of our development is how these 2 acquisitions affect cash flow. I am doubtful there is any accretion there. We will know in time when management choose to give us a complete picture.

So yes, the burn rate is unknown - for now.
