There may well be another strategy to the 44-01 filing, tannersfriend. And I hope it involves a great NR. But since this is a public offering and not a private offering, my hopes that it would be a large, well-known company taking it down have dimmed. And like Eileen says, it's just a step in what I'm confident is a multi-step plan.
