There are many ways to interpret TA and as result the positive predictive value is variable especially in small market cap situations where a single large shareholder must sell to exercise options as which is happening here. For me a single day, small breach of the 200 day moving average, coupled with other TA fundamentals pointing to a significant number of indicators being oversold is not very negative.
It has long been my conviction that a severe amount of overexposure to risk was made when we sold the farm to PNP and we certainly are seeing that now. The thing which gives me some solace however, is that Copetti knows this and I feel will try and manipulate things to try and get on the Nasdaq. That said, I believe that we will see the news that we want either Monday or Tuesday and that the one day breach of the 200 day MA will be a distant memory soon. If the 200 day breach continues past Tuesday then I fear all bets are off.
Lets hope Copetti et al comes through for us once and for all!
