I would never go to the NASDAQ unless I had real partnerships in place. I think we are just in the right time and place for POET and we are really excited about it.
The writing is not just on the wall it is a very definitive statement. He would never even sustain the listing requirements if he could not secure the deals that will put him on the NASDAQ. And the investors who are apparently lined up to buy on the NASDAQ will only buy if this company has been successful at securing the deals that justify the listing.
It is a circular argument that really has a binary result. They announce deals and list. They don’t have deals yet and they don’t list.
