Guess what: Not likely. Let's use the most current information that is available to us instead of crying wolf:

They may have to swallow their pride and accept the lower NASDAQ Capital Market Listing but bottom line if they can't announce metrics that will justify the deals then they should not be pursuing a NASDAQ listing.

I would never go to the Nasdaq unless I had real partnerships in place. I think we are just in the right time and place for POET and we are really excited about it.
