So I don't understand the point of this Pumpkin? There is no way this company has any need for an RS at this point in time. Why would they? They have said they have multiple companies that are ready to do deals based on the next two milestones. If the results meet expectation this company will have deals in which case they will up list from the position of strength.
Pretty late in the game to start talking about this now don't you think? Have you heard them bring this up in any discussion? As matter of fact it I am pretty sure that the share price would drop fairly significantly in the short term if they actually decided they needed to use it and that would completely blow their plan out of the water for up listing so it becomes a circular argument with the conclusion that it is no longer on the table.
