I can see large investors interested in buying in and deliberately holding back when the price runs up too far. but

Who is doing the controlling on the selling side?? and for what purpose ??? There was definitley a lot of shares sold. Is it possible Pintree is still selling on a controlled basis?

Pehaps the new CEO has his options defined at an agreed price which must be maintained before the official announcement?
