You kind of have to play hard ball with your broker. Its why I prefere to use a person instead of like Etrade or whatever. If I want to list my shares for sale at $100 then by God you beter do that or I will find someone who will. The only reason they dont do that is they want to be able to offer your shares to shorts. I think shorts should have to follow the same rules as longs. Post the activity every second just like they do purchases. Show the house short positions daily also. I dont care if you want to make a bearish bet but lets play by the same rules.
