Tell your broker you want to take delivery of your PTK shares. you will be issued a certificate for the number of shares you( actually your broker owns) own. This will come out of the CDS pool and will not be tradeable. In other words, you or nor anyone else will be able to trade them. When the time comes you wish to sell, you will need to sign the back and send them back to your broker so they may be sold on the exchange. Keep in mind, this requires time and in these fast moving markets could mean significant changes in the selling prices.
