POET Technologies Inc.

The reason they don't mention Poet is techcon is all about silicon. This is from their website home page (emphasis mine):

"TECHCON provides a cross-disciplinary snapshot of the state-of-the-art in silicon-based research."

If AM is going to mention Poet, I think there would need to be news pending before Sept.7th to give the attendees something tangible to chew on. I dunno, maybe like a formal partnership announced with Poet, GF and Synopsys.
