Junkers87: My question would be,,if there is a 5 to 1 R/S there will only be approx. 42.8 milliom shares,, where are all the shares going to come from to supply the demand from new US investors,,investment houses, funds etc.. They will not be getting mine !!! So will the company print more shares (I do not like ) or will there be share splits ( I like ) ??
Ever heard about this demand/supply thingie, Junkers87? It tells you what will happen to the price of something when demand surges while supply is low.
That's the point of going to the NASDAQ and maintaining a share price above $5 or $10: to increase demand, which would meet a rather low supply. And I'd bet they'd also get your shares if only the price it right!
