My thoughts are that the proposed RS gives the company the flexibility to expedite a NAS listing if that is what they feel is in the best interests of the company. Lets face it, no one is ever initially sees a RS as positive but in this case, I would rather PTK had this arrow in their quiver. Doesn't mean they have to fire it but it it gives them the option if needed. This is my reasoning for voting yes. (That and a price over $5 would likley end the margin drama I've gone through last couple trading days. - this one was for you Rick the Vet!)
All the posts over the weekend wasted over 3 hours of my time yesterday morning. Let's try and address personal differences in PM's rather than cluttering the main board. TIA
