Hi guys,

I would like to put a positive spin on the current SP.  At $0.285, if I am doing my math right, and $5,500 TFSA contribution limit, I can transfer 19,298 shares of PTK into my TFSA.  That would be tax free as my cost on those shares is $1.15 each.  Can someone confirm the math and tax implications?

I am going to say nothing about that press release.  It is exactly what I expected.  They are still working on things and have experiences a number of delays and roadblocks. 

Just once, could we have a news release that will drive the stock far far north into the green? 

The one positive would be the NRE albeit was only $154k.

Well, I suppose if you are going to transfer out of your RRSP the tax implications would be minimized at this time. Now I am not a tax expert (insert disclaimer) but the lower the price, the lower the tax hit to you.

Does anyone know why the documents were re-filed on EDGAR? Not sure if there was any changes.
