The big things are that the engineering feasibility is done, was positive and now as the vice chairman said the Chinese government and the People's Bank of China are going to talk deal in February with kwg and the chiefs of Martin Falls and Webequie. The chinese want the chiefs as part of the negotiations because when the engineers and the vice chairman were in Toronto and at the Chinese Consulate the Chinese consulate told the chairman and engineers not to do the ring deals without the natives as they now have great court power in Canada. Thus get them all together , the miners, the bank and the natives to iron out a deal before the Chinese bank will commit. If all goes well in february then all the years and work put in will make the share price go through the roof on announcements of funding. Why I believe both kwg and noront are important is because one, the Chinese have already bought into noront to abought 8% of their stock and obtained First right of refusal on Noront ores. They have money invested and control ore bodies of noront as well as with the 8% of noront stock and a man on the Noront board they insure nothing happens to Noront without their blessing. Kwg has the patent pending and the kwg n/s route but why deal with 3 companies to get a chromite agreement, kwg,bold, and Fancamp for the Blackhorse when they already control all the chromite they need with Noront's first right of refusal. My understanding is that eventually kwg will be bought out at an opportune time after the transportation route is secured that allows the secure movement of ring ores. The mine and reduction plant is another discussion at a later date after the possible funding is negotiated for the transportation route. Oh and check out Golden Share Mining- GSH-x, they stand to make many tens of millions if this deal consummates. Good luck.
