Well yes and no... if they happened to have been issued to directors at $0.86 as incentive options for a job well done, they then expire and proceed to "Incentive Option Heaven".... only to subsequently most likely be re-issued at less than one-third their original price , (and thus in ~3.5 times their original number) to live another day (or 3 to 5 years) ....
