as dilution is part of the story, so is buying Chromite for well under 30 million, a nicer part just as well. Chances of fortune, wether we like it or Not. I view RN has gone a bit too far here, just take a good look at the adde goodies in the ground in the time between he was Sally ousted contrary to many' personal preferences and today' shot.
