I view NOT has turned the corner, the Mandate letter is clear, the Chamber of Commerce is loud, Wynne and Trudeau are backing ROF development and RCF has shown cofidence in an exit strategy by continuous commitment. A steal at this price and with the info on the table. It is now an advantage that delays are behind us. The sense of urgency finally sets pace.
