Shovels in the ground would likely be after the thaw of 2017? It seems that news of the project in general should be much sooner according to what Trudeau stated in April. Something mired down the progress...

1 Sale of Essar Algoma?

2 FN wanting full welfare payments and a road?

3 Further demands of revenue sharing with the province as per Day?

April 2016......."Trudeau would only say that he expects to make announcements "in the coming months" about the Ring of Fire."
