The First Nations people in this area know the terrain like the back of their hands and could propbaly tell you to the kilometer where to put an all-season road!!!!

They know where every "moose pasture" is and rabbit warren is found!!!!

This is just another boondoggle ....send me another $750,000.00 and keep it coming for the foreseeable future?
