I think the insider trading was long term but how long term I don't know. I doubt the anticipated announcement will be as significant as everyone hopes. I think it will likely not be announcing the building of a road just that more money will be made available for futher studies ultimately leading to a road. Hope I am wrong though and they announce the start of construction.
