Lap- good point- Maybe you could talk to AL and get him to quit continously bashing KWG's rail development plan. It is a very positive development for the entire ROF including Not and can be started at the same time and ready for when the Chromite is ready for shipping.

Time to look at the whole picture instead of smaller individual pieces because this is one of the things that helps the provincial government delay-delay-delay. If the ROF companies had a common voice there is a much better chance it would be heard and acted on.
