Goldhunter11 ( AKA FRED of SH fame ??)........Is that the same synergy you graciously

put forth some three years ago. You offered union @ 2 Shares of NOT for each Share

of KWG. That was before Black Horse JV and before Patent Application and Chinese

involvement.

How many Shares of NOT would it take today?

BTW I called your propposal a NEW MATH.
