There were no Chinese involved at the time. The Chinese have stated there will be a basic road next to the railroad. Great welcome for the FN. The lack of a more integral approach is gone with the Chinese engineers. The complexity of the project has been polarised unnecessarily and furthermore complexity has Not been dealt with but misused. Cliffs failure, Noront's potential win. If Coutts keeps it smart and pragmatic. Time of Egos and quarrels is over. Get the RR in, Chinese or Not, who cares ? Canada has assets everywhere. And China building in Canada is great foreign investments coming in. Insane to discuss after a decade that we should care who puts the money on the table, the Chinese want and can do it. Let's move on to the next leg. I am not happy with Coutts putting time in obstructing this RR. Wrong mindset.
