Come on Coutts, say it: A PROMISE IS A PROMISE. No way around. We will re-write Canadian history if FN, stakeholders, mining laborers, suppliers, road builders cannot build on set arrangements. Selling claims + Discovery of worldclass deposit in Canada = mining permits + political support.
