I agree with you about how this is being played out in the media..That was the first question I had.I was assured that the issue wasn't with Noront..it seems the government made promises to both Noront and the First Nations that conflicted..First Nations want the Chromite mined first as it has a longer mine life and will provide more monetary gains for infrastructure that will benefit the quality of living for First Nations in the area. In their eyes things had been set to go..contractors etc ready to go.Then out of no where last weeks announcement was made.That's why they are upset. Not at Noront.
