I believe in cycling lanes too but the RoF at this point in time should also get funding. If you want to play the game right, you'll have to remember to down vote all the other ideas not just thumb's up your own. That's what I did. And I'm sure that's what the enviros have been doing too. Let's see who's network is bigger I guess.
