Ummmmmmm no. We were above the 200ema for almost 6 months last year, all the while under RCFs 'control'. RCF isn't the devil folks, yes they have an agenda, but the fact remains that we needed/need them. Just like last year, if the right news/hype is presented noront will have no problem breaking above the 200ema. Good to be pessimistic, but not at all costs, and certainly not with improper fact to back it.

It is what it is, noront is a political play, RCF certainly isnt to blame, with our goverment no wonder they were leery.
