Noront Resources

At last. Just got off the phone speaking with Gregory Rievely CFO of Noront. He thanked me for

the question regarding last NR , they did in fact sell a block of 10,ooo,ooo shares of EAG for $0.12.

They did not feel it was material info and was not reported. It will be reported in future NR.

When I asked if I can freely share that info he said by all means .

He was cordial and pleasant to talk to .

Hi scarff.........Above is our conversation with Gregory Rievely . I asked no other questions than one

about apparent discrepancy of 10 Million shares . I would have bought more anyway , but the expiring

of options plus his tone in answering my question and my being able to free some money did it.
