non-dilutive $15 million financing

Very nice way of raising $15 million. I can't say I saw this coming, I thought for sure we'd be diluting the company to raise funds in this market. A debt financing such as this is extremely difficult at the best of times, let alone now. Only way to get money like this is to have significant assets etc. Really speaks volumes as to noronts fundamentals. Good job guys. This should calm the nerves of anyone who was concerned about a dilutive financing or some of the bashers who said Noront couldn't and wouldn't be able to raise funds.
