The following major events need to occur in sequence in order to get Ont/McG to announce infastructure(s) approval. Many here at AGO/NOT think that the infastructure announcement (ON and Fed) will trigger some positive sp upgrade in NOT.
Keeping in mind progress to date on : EA's; Feasibily updates - NOT (and CLF); announced mine production start dates; Permit approvals (ON/Fed acting together); FN political/economic /environmental approval signed.
Working back from the NOT jan/2016 mine start date ; winter road/all year road(s?); heavy equip construction/labour hire-housing/power+transmition build, etc ....prerequisits;
what would your dates (month/year) be for the following:
1. EA complete
2. Feasibility update(s?)
3. Permits
4. FN approvals
5. Winter road start (assumes partial permit)
6. 43-101update
My thinking is this, in timeline order:
1.(EA) aug/12
2. Feasibilities aug/12
3. (FN) mid oct/12;
4. Winter road start dec/12
5. ON/fed infastructure feb/13
6. 43-101 (NOT) resource (Ni + Cr) updated; mar/13
Would be nice to hear from others. Feel free to add/ delete other timeline event/ dates.
I think that the above dates must be achieved in order to achieve both the NOT and CLFF mine start dates and achieve the costs published in the bankable feasibity submit ions for funding. Time to get to work McG:- no infastructure, no jobs.
