The document included the following statement:

..."The Company is currently developing a business plan for a government sponsored public private partnership to build an infrastructure access corridor into the vicinity of the James Bay Lowlands..."

I hope WES' above mentioned "business plan" was substantive, persuasive, and completed in time, so as to favorably influence the Canadian budget officials.
