I think you missed the point here. Gord Miller is not with MNR. He is the Environmental Commissioner of Ontario and like the Provincial Auditor is independent of the Government. The fact that he did not crap on 'Industry' related to the ROF is in fact excellent news. He strikes fear in 'Industry' wherever he goes. I know from first hand experience.
