Did you notice the 1,000.000 overalotment shares at .86 cents. What would not want $86,000,000 for in the near term? Pipeline, railroad allotment?? 3p decision is federally made on december 8 internally in the government to be publically released 4 to 8 weeks later. Could this be opening up to a large institutional buyer? 86 mill is alot of exploration money. Any ideas out there...
