And that's exactly why CLF will buy PRB's chromite claims (if not sooner, then later). The longer they wait, the more they will have to pay. If Baosteel wanted to throw a wrench into the works to make things more difficult for CLF, then they would bid to buy PRB's chromite deposit as well.
