I think you're correct, scarff. Seems to me, this agreement has made it very unlikely that another company will bid for us during the term of the agreement. Gives Baosteel the inside track, but I don't know how difficult it would have been for NOT to raise this kind of money otherwise. We need to do the things listed, right? If we spend wisely and get some good results, we'll be okay, but it's all going to take time.

I can't believe that there would be a provision which would terminate this Agreement upon a takeover, unless that provision provides for a prohibitively large termination payment.
