Some institution(s) are jockeying for control IMO.They are not slowly bailing but are instead slowly winning by attrition.They block the sp with their circular trading arrangements,keeping it moving slowly downward,subdueing the weaker hands into submission.They jitney some of the trades and are anonymous on others.None of us actually know who is trading what, including the OSC...JMO.
