I should have joined you guys, I was at a table buy myself at the front.

Very little new information at the meeting, very poor showing from the retail shareholders, if you noticed at the ballot voting maybe 25 people voted. The 95% approval vote you mentioned for the approval of the 2009 options agreement was 17M shares for & 822,000 against out of 175M.
