They got that 59% by taking part in the low PPs after buying at the higher prices so they could average down. I am sure they don't want to pay $5 again unless they have too. We are run by the institutions and they are looking after the SP for themselves. When they need to sell shares to retail the SP will be in the $2- $20 range with all kinds of information, almost daily. We know here, whats happening now, the rest of the world who are newand late can buy from us too above that price.
