Interesting that he says that now as previously I thought he mentioned that it would be really easy and quick to implement a shareholders rights plan if an offer was presented. These last few days are rather puzzling with the PEA indicating that we are extremely undervalued, the tier 1 move, and now this. Couple these with our share price having been held around the 1.18 mark I am starting to get the feeling that perhaps that offer is around the corner. Then again, it wouldn't surprise me at all if no buyout was in the cards for quite a while.
