Now I can't speak for everyone but I think most of us would be happy if tomorrow Cliff's announced a takeover at $2.00 share. Now before you start jumping on me, just hear me out. First, the certainty (well almost) that we wouldn't be dropping below $2.00 again would help to calm the nerves a bit. Second, we, and this includes Cliff's, know that there is no way that a $2.00 takeover price would be approved but nevertheless, we have to be prepared for a low ball offer because that is generally how the process works. Would we end at a $5.00 share price? Who knows, but it sure would be nice to have some base to build off of. Perhaps a bidding war could ensue and good old crazydik can awake from his slumber.
