The problem with TMX insider reporting is that it's not kept up to date, with respect to who is an insider. Guys like Novak, Harvey, Nemis, etc., who are no longer insiders still get flagged.

You just have to wait until there's a filing with SEDI, which will then show up on the commercial reports like Canadian Insider.
