Go ahead and rant; send emails , cry , whine and scream in frustration. You, the retail investors are, at this juncture , irrelevant. The institutions, the Board, the management , all have their own agenda and they do not give a rat's derrier about your opnion. So why waste your efforts in castigating them ?

While we have some personal cash in this deal, they have millions and millions on the line ! Trust the money guys to make themselves money . We just need to understand that hanging onto their coattails is not so bad a place to be.
