What made Cliffs move on friends now? Cheap shares, maybe but they are probably the reason the SP is low to begin with. Noront drilling about to turn NOT into a 1billion MC again? Maybe but why would that make Cliffs move now? Noront with large MC makes them a threat again in the ROF. Hmmm I wonder why the ROF is so depressed when so much is happening shortly? They state they want control of the chrome. To get control over the chrome you need all the chrome. Noront can be a thorn or a partner, Kwg was suposed to be the canadian connection for the rail. Does Cliff have a new canadian connection? One with the way to pay for infrastructure sitting in the ground.
